WARM UP
When you see photos of Lottery winners smiling with a big cheque, what do you think? What do you feel?
READ
Psalm 107
QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION
Consider the four groups of people in the Psalm:
The Lost - 4,5
The Prisoners - 10-12
The Rebels - 17,18
The Panicked - 23-27
1. Do you know people who fit these groups?
2. Can you see how God has given grace to these people?
3. How can you help them see that same grace?
4. What do you think would speak louder to these people - our sermons or our personal gratitude for grace? Why?
APPLICATION
What will you do this week in your thoughts, words and actions, to point to the goodness of God?
PRAYER
Spend some time in prayer, saying thanks to God for His goodness to you.
